A friend and I went to the Bambi Club. We were immediately seated by the center stage, BIG mistake! We were pinned in by a couple of girls which we didn't have much interests in. The waiters are very pushy about the beer and brought two for the girls. Small beers for the girls are $6 each! (Beware) Also, the waiters wrapped the beer bottles with napkins so you can not see how much the girls drink. They'll try to get you to buy the girls additional drinks even through only a few slips, if any, were taken. Also the girls will offer a full massage, and not full service, for $50. I asked for full service and she acted surprised. She soon agreed since I wouldn't settle for anything less. I decided not to close the deal. The aggressive waiters and the misleading women put me out of the mood. Best advice is to make sure you negotiate what you want ahead of time before you hand over your money. Guys, watch you money in this place. | ||

Well, Let me just tell ya about my first trip to Tj. The first stop we made was the Bambi club.... STAY OUT AT ALL COSTS!!! The girls were less then mediocre and they are real pushy, as are the waiter/bussers... we weren't even in the door before we were accosted by some "less then desirable" girls. They promptly began groping and wanting money.. The drinks were expensive and the waiter took off with my change.. then wanted a Teep teep teep.. Its a good place to go if you don't bring more then $20 with you and want to get felt up... The second stop (and 3rd hehe) was the Adelita "bar" there was a 3 to 1 girl/guy ratio. and it was fairly easy to get good looking senioretas to approach you. After getting over some serious shyness and trepidation, I managed to get this gorgeous little girl and spent my hour well for 40 plus the 10 for the room.. she definitely knew what I liked and I never felt rushed. I would definitely consider going there again.. enjoy!! | ||

NYaaa The Bambi club and it's sister club the San Souci are notorious for having lots of transvestites working there.there is a good chance that was what was groping you and trying to get your money .they are notorious for trying to steal money out of your pockets and your wallets.A lot of clubs on Revolution have this problem but these two bars get a lot of posts about it on other boards.Be glad you got the heck out of there. Anyone ever been to this place? A cab driver who once worked at Madonna's told me it's a great place to go, the women will also visit hotels with you. | ||

A cab driver who apparently had worked at Madonna's was telling me to give Lord Blacks a try which is off 10th and Revo. He said the girls would go to the room and I'd have better luck then in the normal zona. I will have to check it out. | ||

You can go in Bambi Club and have a good time, do not let the barkers or waiters seat you, go straight to the bar, sit down order a beer or water or whatever you drink, pay with a 5 or 10 dollar bill, check your change and then turn and watch the floor show, sometimes the back stage will be happening with a great show once in a while,I have seen 2 girls going at it on stage, but remember I have been comming to TJ a for quite a while, sit where you want to sit do not let them seat you unless you strike up a conversation with a waiter or tip one they will help you out, no matter where you sit someone will come up and ask you to go to the rroom, or fuckee fuckee, $50 dollars, but as usual for these type of places look out for the He/shes these assholes will rip you off, they will try to sit on your lap and within 5 secs. they get up and leave and when you pay for your next drink no money, but if you follow my advice get to know a waiter tip him a couple of bucks and if you do get ripped off make a big stink tell your waiter and most likely you will get your money back. Remember you are not at CC & AB some good catches here occasionally, 5-8 range a 9 on rare occasions, some of these girls are aggressive and start grabing and showing tits right, and if they want to this who am i to complain because I am doing the samething grab, touchy feely,insert finger, suck on her tits and you have paid probably tip, 1 dollars or 2 and no drinks for the ladys, they will get up and leave you alone if they think you are not going to spend more, drinks are just about standard $2.50-$3 bucks as I have said before you can go anywhere and have a good time just be aware of what you are doing. I post this because no matter what other posting you have read to stay away from the ave. some will still go there. I would recomend you start in the zona take a taxi say Adelita bar and you will be in heaven. Happy hunting | ||

Bambi's On the right side of Revolution about half way down the street is Bambi's. No entry fee here but a bit more aggrerssive women inside. I've seen some pretty raunchy dances here, including women who will squat on your bottle of beer. Once their lips have touched the bottle I suggest you keep yours away. It's usually extra dark and the women try their best to take a seat next to you. It's possible to take these women out of the bar for other things if you like. I have several friends who have successfully picked up a few from here and taken them to their hotel rooms. You may need to wait till she get's off of work or pay a heafty bar fine. Secure parking is located across the street in the sub terrain parking lot. | ||

went down to check this place in tj. I practically visited all the bars out there during this memorial day weekend and have to warn you guys that the rumours are true. This club has more TV than girls. When i went in there there were about 10 performers and i would say only 2 of them were actual girls. the remaining were horrible filthy dudes. Stay away from this piece of crap, but if you are just curious and wanna see what its like ( like me) then by all means go in there , just roam around and dont buy a drink. The touts are decent and not as pushy as other places. |
