I was at Bolero's this Saturday night around 10pm with a couple friends. Someone told us there was no cover so we acted suprized after the body search when they wanted $6. So we turned around and began to walk the manager quickly told us he would waive the entrance fee and told the cashier to let us in free. They do make some good money off your drinks, lap dances are cheap at $5 or a visit to the VIP rooms for a $20 contact dance $30 contact w/touching or $40 dance with more then touching. Remember some girls do more then others so while one guy may get a bj another might only get a hand job. You might avoid the entree fee if you complain to the manager. I've also seen this happen at the Massage Parlors in TJ, they went from $50 for a room with jacuzzi per hour to $25 when we showed little interest. This same ploy works with the girls at the clubs too. If you look desparate or go during peak periods you might not get results. | ||

I know this may be a stupid question. I went to Boleros on sunday night. I've done the AB & CC thing too, and that is pretty damn good. I have some interest in the Tropical but havent been back for awhile. Anyway, I thought the girls at Bolero were awesome. Even though, prices are just a cut below (not much of a cut) than American Strip clubs it was still worth it to me. I spent around $150 where in the USA I would of spent $250 for a similar amount of entertainment. I didnt take any private dances in the back, but I have been there too and just didnt want to spend $20 to get grinded and horny. In that case I would have had to grab a taxi and head for the zona. Around a year ago, I propositioned a girl, asking her what she was gonna do when the bar closed that night and could tell that she was not interested in any type of sexual liason afterward, so when I have been in Boleros, I have not asked and they have never offered. Since there is never any talk about Bolero on this board I think it is safe to assume that if you are interested in doing the "wild thing" with any Bolero girls that this is not the type of service these girls care to offer. And even if they did offer, sizing up what a girl can make just doing dances for guys, they would be asking in the $200-$300 range. Thats just my opinion. Have any of you guys been here, and if you have I'd like your impression of the club and its possibilities. | ||

I'm curious how you spent $150 w/out any $20 dances? that's a lot of dough for drinks. I know they have table dances ($5 I think) ... you got a hell of lot of table dances :) I've think I remember reading one succss at Bolero's with regards to taking a gal out. Far better chances are at the Penthouse on Rev, or Madonas, although they may have changed their policy about letting dancers leave. Quality is near the Bolero level at both places. One friend got a Penthouse club gal to leave for $200 for an extended period, I once got a Madonas gal to leave for 1 hr ($100) - went back to her very messy apt. She was leaving the next day and was very eager to make some $$$, so that may have been unusual. $20 bar fine at both places to take a gal away. | ||

Hello, I went to look into the Bolero Club once.... it was on a weekday and there weren't many pretty girls there.... I thought it looked like a US strip club, so I left...... Later, a cab driver told me that "there is a house" where the girls from Bolero go.... (I suppose he meant a cat house).... he said he could take me there and that the girls charged $150 for an hour..... and that they were gorgeous..... well I didn't want to spend that kind of cash since I can have a great time at CC anyway, so I declined.... now I'm curious...... I went to the Penthouse Club where there are a few very gorgeous chicas...... I've heard that they charge $100 +$20 for the room.... u get an hour..... I've not tried this yet (?).... if I do, I'll let u know..... Madonna's apparently is giving cab drivers a tip to bring us to their club, because twice now a cab driver has offered to take me there saying "its better that cc, ab, hk..." (lol).... I've been there once and while there were a few nice looking chicas, I wasn't interested in purchasing the merchandise, since CC, AB, HK are so much nicer.... | ||

Bolero is overpriced and like you all noticed has too many staff eyes staring everyone down. The place has somewhat of a cozy feeling but too small to really feel comfortable. Dancer/stripper turnover is above-average. This place takes credit cards, but be prepared to show plenty of verification if you pay this way. To make a long story short, the TJ GOODFELLAS do not recommend this place... Take your hard earned money elsewhere, you can thank us later. GOODFELLA ED |
