Im wondering if Franzosisch oder Schutz is actually "Franzosisch ohne Schutz" which means Oral without "Protection" condom. It could also have been meant to say "Oral with condom"? Franzosisch total by the way means oral and finish in the mouth which is a bit different then the above. Also total can mean that she will take it in the mouth "and swallow it".
