It’s a small country village with at least 3 houses (sex farms) set up with about 5-20 women. You might want to check it out as things change and who knows it could be great. Prices were lower then Amsterdam in the $25-$50 range US.
If you take the German autobahn A31 to Niedersachsen then the A280(A7)E22 towards Winschoten (which is in Holland) look for signs for Oudeschans/Bellingwolde/Beerta to exit then take the country roads to Klein Ulsda, its tiny so keep an eye out. The houses usually have red neon lighting on the outside so look for that.
