Technically, not Delaware, but just over the state line in Elkton, MD, about 10 minutes from U of D. Off Rt. 7, there’s a little tiny shopping center, behind that intersection with the liquor store (there’s a steak shop next to spa). American girls, usually 1 – 3, quality of 3 – 5 (often they’re Mexican).

Pay $70 flat fee, and tip is expected to be equal. Topless, maybe nude massage (nothing special), and with tip, a hand finish. Nothing amazing, but hey, it’s Delaware. Certainly more than does the trick if you’re horny
