Having lived in Dubai for many years. However, there are several places you have yet to touch on. The busiest and most obvious place for women is the Arif Castle Hotel. Inside are three bars where women roam – believe me it is impossible to go here and not be approached! Many African girls – I have encountered Somalian, Zambian and Ethiopian – while a few Russians and the occasional Asian loiter with intent. Prepare to be groped and propositioned while you check out the scene. After some small talk you will be asked where you are staying and will be asked if you require massage etc. The going rate would appear to be around Dh700 a night but a spot of haggling can get that down to 500 or below.

A similar story for Rumours nightclub in the Ramada Hotel. A charge of Dh50 to get in (no charge at the Arif Castle) to a disco full of available working women. Unlike Arif, where you are basically grabbed and handled, the girls in Rumours keep their distance although they will make contact if you give the necessary signs. Eye contact is usually enough – the girls say physical contact is frowned upon here.

Finally, the Cyclone nightclub will also have many women roaming the four bars (two downstairs, two upstairs). Generally, these are the best lookers on the scene although you pay accordingly – I have heard US$300 per night quoted. Haggle though or wait until closing at 3am if you are a bargain hunter – definitely some stunners available but if you go on a Thursday go early

Here is some info on sex scene in Dubai. Before I start let me give you some basic info on sex in Dubai:

1-Prostitution is illegal, but its tolerated. Afterall without the money generated from sex, Dubai would die in matter of minutes.
2- most Russian girls have dyed their hair black just to seem as though they are local women.
3-If you ask any cab they will tell you places that have the women you are after (Arab, Indian, British, Chinese).
4-Be prepared to spend Dh 500 for an attractive and clean girl. Don’t try the under Dh 100!! They are not clean and could be dangerous (hygiene wise).
5-Buy your own condom from the very many pharmacies. There is a 24hr one in Muraqqabat Street.
6-Try the bars and lobbies of different hotels. You should see plenty of girls. But read my report before you do anything as it will save you time, money and headache.

Arif Castle does have plenty of women but when I was staying at the hotel most of the women I saw were either Somalian or Ethipian. The bars are over crowded and not a great atmosphere. The only great thing is that the entrance is free. But the waitresses will bug you to buy a beer. The hotel is nice to stay in though but because its in Bur Dubai you don’t have access to that many hotels and shopping areas. If you go there and don’t like the ladies, then get a cab and go to Ramada. Its much higher class there and close by.

The Dream Land Hotel in Deira is a sure brothel. You tell the concierge you want a lady and they tell you to call some number. Then they give you a few choices of nationalities. At time i was there they had mostly Turkish and Filipinos. However this hotel is rather low quality. Don’t be surprised to see the bathrooms are filthy.

As others have said the Cyclone is pretty good. It looks like your average night clubs in States. But for some reason the ladies are after white businessmen, or it seemed like that when I was there. This is strange considering its the Middle Easterners who have the money not some European expat. Either way there are mostly Russian and Soviet satellite countries ladies there. There are also some Chinese ladies there. There is a Dh50 entrance fee.

The Carlton has two discos on top floor. One is Iranian disco other is Russian. The Iranian one is a rip off. Avoid it. They charge you arm and leg and you get a few choices of girls from Kazakhstan or Azerbaijan. They pretend to be Iranian but are not. The Russian one is better with some choice of good looking Russian ladies.

If you like Indians, then visit or stay at Shangari La Hotel. It has a disco on first floor with some ladies. Apparently this is also a brothel if you like sampling Indian ladies.

If you like ladies from Russia, Kazakhstan, Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, or Armenia, try the Deira Sheraton hotel. Note there are two Sheratons in Dubai. The other one is called Sheraton Dubai (Tower). That one does not have a discos or places to pick up women. The disco in Sheraton Deira looks nifty! Its easy to pick up some woman there. Note there are entrance fees there.

The Inter Continental has a bar on the main level. Sometimes there are some Russian women there in the bar.

For those of you who want adventure you can try the shopping centers and streets. Around the Howard Johnson Hotel area there are sometimes women wandering. If you have a car you can pick them up. Also in City Center Shopping Center you can pick up some local Emirates women who are happy to assist. Don’t be fooled by the veil. If they smile at you then go up and talk business. They are expensive, Dh 1500 and higher. But there are some nice ones. Some women from neighboring Persian Gulf countries like Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Kuwait can also be found there.

Now some words of warning about some places you must avoid! Avoid these hotels if you want to pick up a working lady. Here goes:

Golden Falcon: There is are Indian discos in this hotel. Apparently the ladies there are simply there to draw men so they purchase a dinner and buy drinks. The Indians in that hotel are not attractive.
Gulf Inn Hotel (opposite Howard Johnson Hotel): They have two discos, one on first floor which is Arabic/Persian and second floor with Continental music. In the Continental Music bar avoid the girls that come and sit near you. What they will do is sit beside you and make you buy drinks all night. Then they promise they will come up to your room but they never show up. There are several reports of this by various people who have been to that bar. Just avoid it altogether.
Lords Hotel: The bars in this hotel are empty. And you they do not allow you to bring a lady into your room. So if you are in Dubai just for business and don’t want to have fun then this hotel is for you. Otherwise its a waste of money.

Prostitution is alive and well in Dubai, although illegal. the girls are everywhere. if you don’t want to waste time and shop, the Cyclone is the best bordello in town. prices are around Dhs 1000 (US$ 275/night). I am not good at haggling, but understand that all prices are negotiable. the Imperial Suites hotel is a nice alternative. A meat-market, but prices are cheaper (dhs 500 tops), the place is jam-packed with girls from every nationality, so chances are you can find a few gems in the rough. but really, the girls are all over town. go to the malls during the afternoons (especially the City Center): they are shopping, and are easy to talk to. just about every hotel bar has action, and street walkers are not uncommon. the Asians and Russians are really nice – no frigid french snots telling you to hurry up. once you have made an arrangement, relax. have a good time. the girls will enjoy themselves, they will want more, and a lot become regular girlfriends if you want.

Read all the reviews posted on Dubai & they are absolutely right. I had a great time at the Ramada, where I was able to pick up a local woman ( that’s what she told me – but she looked more like an Iranian to me). The other reviews tell the basic story in Dubai, but they do not give the best locations any real credit. Cyclone is known by the cabbies as the best place in town. An ultimate smorgasbord of very pretty women of almost any nationality, particularly Russian and East Asian. 50.Dhm entry fee but worth the atmosphere (much like a typical U.S. nightclub) and the scenery. 1000Dhm is the ask, but bidding 400-500 will get you a nights worth of pleasure. However, for the best in beauty and class, the club in the Hyatt Regency is the winner. A traveling businessman’s wet dream of beauty. The women in this place are mostly dressed to kill and a little more forward than the Cyclone, but it is 1-2 steps above in all around talent. Entry fee at the Hyatt is 70Dhm with current exchange rate of 3.5/USD. Our local agent mentioned a few of the other places mentioned in some of the other reviews, but put the Cyclone and definitely the Hyatt at the top.

The best place to find them at good prices if you are not faint of heart is by the gold souk. I was just there in June of 2000. Woman ranged from 45-150 dollars an hour or so. All of the woman are located in hotels surrounding the gold souk, just enter a hotel, big or small, and ask to see the woman. True prostitution is illegal, but if you look shady no one will question you. I visited at least 15 ladies ranging from Iranian , Turkish , Russian, and god knows what else, the Mongolians and Asian woman are considerably more expensive. Try to avoid the hustlers on the street offering to show you woman, they will charge a commission from the girls after you pay the woman for sex, they will usually do half and half no Greek. Use a condom, negotiate, and make known your wishes. I got one Turkish girl, who was about 20 who took of my clothes bathed me and generally treated me like a king for well over an hour, and I went back to her three times.

Visit Dubai during the shopping festival which is the busiest time of the year. Before I went I read every report there was, I thought I was prepared but read on for the truth. I heard so much about Arif Castle, but what a disappointment, first of all it is further away from anywhere else and taxi in Dubai is not cheap, after we got there it looked obvious it was a whore house, there is an entrance to pay and believe me 95% of the girls are ugly and you don’t know if you are talking to a man or a woman, they were old and disgusting, my advise is to ignore that place all together, also ignore the street action because they just don’t have anywhere to go. My advise is to go to Cyclone, its a disco with class, there are lots of girls there and they are all hookers, you walk in and they are all looking at you and smiling, all you have to is take your pick. the girls in this place are really beautiful and the prices are between 500- 900 for the night and that is a good when you compare it back home. I was not going to write this report but I thought it is a crime to allow people to continue to go to arif castle.

So we can segment the sex scene in three levels
Arif Castl , Garage and the saroundings of Gold market as the lowest level . Maybe I am looking for perfection but sorry guys I’m not going to spend my 500AED for an ugly african chick .
Hyatt, and Cyclon : These two places have the widest selection of ladies, That I ever seen in my life .
Conserning the prices five years ago I was paying 500 AED and just few days ago I was asked for 1500 AED in Cyclon and 2000AED in Hyatt .

The top noch is the luxurius 7 star Hotels in Jumeira . Very few but very good looking Lebanize or Marocan Girls with out the language barier catter mainly to old – fat Saudies . They request 1000 to 2000 US $ / for the night .
So enjoy Dubai and Do not inflate prices
