Holguin isn’t dead. You simply have to have some patience. There are usually a few girls walking around Holguin’s Central park. The girls usually have a place you can rent for an hour or night. I usually pay $7 US per night for the room if you arrive after 1AM. I also recommend the Pernik Disco. I usually throw the girls $20US for the night as well. Sunday night it the best night for that. You should arrive there around 11PM. Watch your wallet. You will also need your passport in order to get in. It cost $10 US, but that gets you 10 free beer. Also note, if you are renting a house in Holguin, the owner will probably not allow girls in it if they are not your regular Cuban girlfriend. There are still lots of police and neighbors watching
